POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.
Deposit Requirements & Payment Methods
* A deposit representing the full amount of the anticipated room charges to be incurred will be required for all reservations of stays planned for less than one (1) week.
* A deposit in the amount of 50% of the anticipated room charges to be incurred will be required for all reservations of stays planned for one (1) week or longer.
* Only cash, personal and traveler's checks can be used for the payment of advance deposits. Any balance due is payable upon arrival by cash, American Express, Visa or Mastercard. Personal checks will not be accepted.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy. 1 or 2 bedroom rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.
A charge of $20.00 per day is added for each extra person.
Regrettably, we can not guarantee room numbers.
Mid-week specials are offered May through July 31st, 2008.
Group rates available upon request.
Cancellation Policy: * There will be a cancellation fee of 10% for all reservations cancelled, in writing, at least 30 days prior to the planned arrival date.
* No refunds, credits, or changes will be issued after 30 days prior to the planned arrival date.

* Memorial Day Weekend is a three (3) night minimum stay at the Off Season weekend rate.
* July 4th and Labor Day Weekends are a four (4) night minimum stay at the Peak Season weekend rate.
* Shorter stays may be available, please call.
No pets are permitted at any time.
Only registered guests may use the facilities.
All guests must register vehicles upon arrival at the front desk.
