Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.A deposit of 50% is due within 10 business days from the day of booking.Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival plus a security deposit of 10% of the rental from which will be deducted itemized cost of utilities, maintenance and cleaning (see below).Certified checks or bank wire transfer are accepted forms of payment.In addition to rent, tenants are responsible for cost of utilities, lawn and pool maintenance, and cleaning after tenancy.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a penalty of 20% of the funds on deposit (10% of rental). For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 100% of the funds on deposit (50% of rental). There are no refunds of rental payment for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
