The Bridgehampton/Sagaponack compound is located in the heart of the Hamptons on 10 acres of lush and lavish landscape. As you drive down the private 2000 foot driveway, the gates will open to features such as tennis, a 100,000 gallon Koi Pond with stream and waterfall, a 2,000 square foot outdoor playground, a 50 foot gunite infinity edge heated pool with waterfall and 12 person spa, as well as teak lounges with cushions, 40 foot custom outdoor kitchen with two grilling stations, sink, refrigerator and wok station. Also, our newest feature our outdoor covered eco friendly bamboo fire pit lounge with two HD TV's and sound system that seats 12.
As you enter the farmhouse you will feel its rustic nature with its castle like solid cypress front door. The interior design is a blend of new and old. All appliances and fixtures are professional grade. The house has antiques throughout, plasma tv's and pillow top beds in every room as well as wireless internet. The house also features 2 media rooms, gym, cardio theatre, billiard lounge and so much more.
