The plush bedrooms and include a queen-size bed, a twin trundle bed and a day bed. The bathroom is well outfitted as per modern standards. Regretfully we cannot accommodate your beloved pets and we have a no smoking policy.For your entertainment, our vacation rental features a TV with a DVD player to watch your favorite movies. Private furnished patio,beautifully landscaped backyard perfect for alfresco wining and dining.Within walking distance to L.I. Sound Beach. You can access numerous water and adventures sports. Shopping is nearby as is Tanger Outlet Center. Numerous restaurants and cafes are close by. Try your luck at Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos as they are just a 45 minute ride away via high speed ferry.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates quoted in US Dollar. Money orders, bank checks accepted. Security deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there is no damage. We inventory and inspect before and after your stay. Call for Off Season Rates.

Cancellation Policy: NO cancellation. If there is a health emergency and the house rerents, we will make adjustments. All holiday weekend $750 (Friday - Monday)
